I took Go Buses for a trip I usually make to visit my sister, and overall the ride was okay. The bus itself was fine and we got where we needed to go, but the AC was blasting the whole time. I had my jacket on the entire ride and still felt cold. I asked the driver, but he said there wasn’t much he could do about it. Not a horrible experience, just not the most comfortable one.

I had to cancel my trip, which already put me in a frustrated mood, but the cancellation process itself wasn’t too bad. The refund did take longer than I hoped, and I had to follow up once, which was kind of annoying. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. In the end, everything got sorted, so I’d say it was an okay experience overall. 3 stars.

The bus didn’t feel very reliable to me. It broke down once during the trip, and the seats were rattling most of the time. What confused me a bit was the email made it sound like everything was ready and in good condition, but the actual ride felt like another story.

For bus WiFi, I’d say it was better than expected and definitely good enough for what I needed.

The ride itself was fine, nothing really stood out either way, but the whole luggage setup was kind of frustrating. The storage area under the bus looked messy, and it seemed like bags were just getting shoved in wherever they fit, which made me a little uneasy because... yeah.

When we got there, it took a while to find my suitcase, and when I did, it had a new scuff on it. It wasn’t some huge disaster or anything, but I feel like if people are handing over their bags, there should be at least a bit more care taken

I felt kind of embarrassed because I kept trying to plug things in like I was doing something wrong, but the outlets just never worked. It was frustrating and definitely made the experience less convenient than I expected.

I’ve usually tried to stick with Go Buses because they’ve been convenient for me in the past, but this ride was gross. My seat had crumbs and some sticky stuff on it, the bathroom smelled awful, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I hate saying this because I’ve wanted to keep using them, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be booking Go Buses again...

Got the receipt in my email right after the trip, which was nice. Overall, I felt safe getting where I needed to go, but the driving was a little rough at times.

My first impression was that this was a solid deal for the price. It felt like I was getting good value right away, and after using it, I’d say it’s definitely worth it overall

Checkout did go through fine, so no major issue there. It just felt kind of clunky getting through the steps, and that part was weird. Not terrible, but definitely could be smoother.

I got on the bus fast, and the stop was kinda easy to figure out with no confusing stuff. The driver checked my ticket quickly, and we left right on time
